OryvaWell does not offer a separate long-term product warranty. However, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If your product has a confirmed issue within 30 days of delivery, our support team will review your case and provide a fair solution.
Refunds
Once your return or issue is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take several business days to post the refund to your account.
